And I also made this one...
This is a white chocolate curl cake. Every curl is made by had out of a mixture of white chocolate and a small amount of gum paste. I was pretty proud of this one. I had help from on of the other girls at Carries but the other day I made curls from milk chocolate for another cake and it took 5 hours straight by myself... very time consuming.

I forgot to comment on this but I saw it when you posted and thought it looked SO COOL!
My sissy is at BYU now! So maybe someday in the next 4 years I'll come out there...
Oh, and this cake totally reminds me of those meat trays you get at the grocery store? :)
Just kidding. You are rockin these cakes, I tell ya! Can you make me a 2nd wedding cake, please?
